Operations Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Work directly with customers on various aspects of Imperial's business
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in a professional & helpful way
  • Be detail-oriented and organized
Pay:
  • $14 to $17 per hour
  • Eligible for bonuses & full-time benefits, including Health, Dental, Life, 401k, Holidays, Sick days, and Vacation
Hours:
  • Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch period
