Manage and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Required Qualifications: QuickBooks Online experience. Software Industry experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP (ASC 606), revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Proven track record of managing financial operations in a dynamic and growing company. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills. CPA or CMA certification preferred. Benefits: Hybrid work schedule.
