- This non profit organization focuses on breaking cycles of incarceration
- They provide the youth with many services including individualized advocacy, mentorship, and opportunities for growth
- Looking for someone to bring a business mindset to the organization and work in their NYC office on a hybrid basis
Role Responsibilities - Senior Accountant
- Handle all day-to-day accounting functions
- Bank reconciliations
- Routine daily, monthly and annual financial reporting
- Assist in audit preparations
- Daily cash disbursement reporting
- Book invoices and generate monthly reports
- Assist in bi-weekly payroll
Preferred Qualifications - Senior Accountant
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- Experience working in the Non-profit sector
- experience with FundEZ is a plus
