The Manager of Continuous Improvement will lead strategic, transformational and operational improvement projects working with a cross functional team to enable process, technology and organizational effectiveness. This individual must be able to work collaboratively across the division engaging with all levels and departments.

Technical (50%)

  • Proficient in various project management and automation platforms with the ability to execute and optimize performance.
  • Implement process automations for efficiency gains and monitor progress through metrics and dashboards
  • Use data analytics for process and cost analysis
  • Establish metrics and conduct detailed analysis
  • Able to perform data analysis for process mapping, operational effectiveness and cost analysis to determine project feasibility.
  • Present results clearly to Executive Leadership
  • Create documentation to empower teams for self-sufficiency
Project Management (35%)
  • Lead project teams, developing business cases and ROI for growth. Devise project plans to manage projects from inception to control including the development of audit KPIs to ensure process improvement is stable and sustainable.
  • Lead a portfolio of projects and be able to resolve conflicts and identify solutions to move projects to successful completion.
Operational (15%)
  • Partner with Division leaders to design and support effective and efficient organizations by implementing operational improvements, process enhancements, organizational effectiveness, and technical solutions. Assist with the change management development, communication and execution plans.
Required Qualification:
  • 8-10 years' experience in Finance, Operations or Continuous Improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma training/certification preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Alteryx/RPA and Monday.com preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus; able to convey concepts and considerations to non-technical and technical experts alike
  • 10% travel as needed
  • Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority
  • Advanced knowledge/use of Microsoft and Google Suites
