We are looking for a dynamic, energetic field Senior Sales Account Manager based in Northern California. The core function of this position is to interact with customers throughout the United States.
We are growing rapidly and welcome applicants with direct experience in sales to apply As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be leading a cross-functional sales-oriented role. You will use your technical aptitude and problem-solving skills and play an essential role in providing the best solutions to our customers.
Some of the responsibilities of our Senior Sales Account Manager:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the territory.
Identify and prospect new customer targets.
Bring in customer projects that are aligned with

Blentechs

product offerings and strategic goals.
Drive the sales process, coordinating all aspects of internal activities with the customer, including discovery, product testing, project development, quoting, and negotiation
Communicate all sales activities to management through regular updating of CRM system.
Travel (50-75%) to customer locations to engage customers on potential projects.
Required Education and Experience:
5-10 years experience with B2B field sales of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
Food processing industry experience preferred
Ability to sell complex systems as well as single machines
Bachelors degree in engineering, technical, or business field
Demonstrated excellent in negotiating and closing sales
Must have the appetite to understand complex systems and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work with Salesforce CRM
Full Time Salaried: 40+ hours per week Hours: Monday - Friday
We offer 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, a 401k with match, and PTO.
Pay Range DOE:

$

77.28-98.90

Salary: $160,742 to $205,712
