$60,000.00/Yr. - $70,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
The role of the Client Service Advocate (CSA) is a critical client-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. The CSA answers client inquiries, processes account transactions and serves as a subject matter expert on the products being serviced by the team. The CSA is responsible for training clients and internal team members on operational policies and procedures, as well as assisting with trading problems. The CSA also helps leadership to monitor workflow and ensures that all tasks are completed within established service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with our clients
- Anticipate and respond to client needs and resolve client issues
- Ability to interact and communicate in a professional and friendly manner with business partners across the organization and the financial industry
- Assist in client training on processes and systems
- Train and mentor new employees on the team
- Review documentation and process requests
- Prepare client communications and reports
- Analyze information to ensure high level of quality
- Interface with a variety of systems and departments to resolve tasks
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain a high degree of regulatory compliance and escalate any potential risk
- Participate in special projects
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years client service experience
- Prior financial industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Securities Industry Rules and Regulations a plus
- Proven passion for providing a positive client experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and processes
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Comfortable in changing environments with the ability to adapt easily
- Detail oriented with exceptional quality and productivity
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Team player with ability to maintain a positive work environment

- Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 preferred
