The Customer Service Representative is responsible for order entry, follow-up, status, and other daily communication with customers in coordination with sales and other staff. In addition, you will:
  • Enter customer orders in the computer, assuring information is accurate.
  • Reviews Purchase Orders and contracts with discrepancies and interacts with customers as needed to clarify or communicate purchase order discrepancies.
  • Responsible for customer order follow-up and status.
  • Assist with scheduling as needed/required.
  • Assists with other functions as required including answering phone, etc.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
  • This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
  • Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer service or a related position preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and effectively communicate the English language.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases is required.
