KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answer phones and forward to appropriate staff.Process billing and manage accounts receivable.Enter payroll.Receive deliveries.Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.Schedule and oversee the dispatching of service technicians and ensure service calls are followed up to completion. Maintain frequent communication with service technicians during the day to help plan and organize their time.Escalate critical issues to Service Manager.Ensure warranty items are processed efficiently.Responsible for all written correspondence to customers or vendors pertinent to jobduties and maintain electronic customer files.Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships with all existing customersand potential new customers, and for helping to instill a quality customer servicephilosophy in all service technicians.Assist safety manager and ensure field personnel have proper safety equipment.Assist Service Manager and Vice President of Operations with all other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS:Prefer minimum of 5 years of experience working in an administrative or project coordinator capacity.Prior experience in construction or service contractor field is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
