Randstad's Client in Farmingdale, NY is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with our clients. This role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are open to entry level candidates or candidates with up to a year of office experience looking for a role with growth potential. Computer proficiency is a must for this position. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in the system.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their concerns.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.
