The Pennsauken, NJ site currently has an opportunity for a Document Control and Procurement Coordinator. The site is a key manufacturing facility for DuPont's Shelter Business.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provides various office and site support activities.
  • Filing and coordination of critical procedures and receiving of raw materials
  • SAP entry of site production, raw material adjustments and receiving of materials
  • Environmental emissions data entry for regulatory reporting
  • Coordination of site SDS program, including updating and filing of SDSs for all chemicals on site
  • Manage site electronic data management system.
  • Maintain site badging access for all employees and contractors.
  • Manage sitewide accounts for uniforms, supplies, etc.
  • Receipt of Goods and Services in SAP and S2P
  • Creates Purchase Requisitions in SAP and S2P
  • Track spending in EcoSys and SAP for site minor capital program
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of office support and procurement experience or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines as well as manage change and work independently.
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 system required.
  • Intermediate to high level Microsoft Office proficiency required (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint)
  • Quick learner, especially when it comes to IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills with different workstreams at the plant.
