Job DescriptionA brilliant opportunity exists for an outstanding individual capable of fitting into this very rewarding Sales Manager role. Our client, a leading medical device company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. If you're dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be your perfect role. Responsibilities include:1) Plan and submit sales quota by country2) Work with the President to develop business plans to achieve sales quotas, including quarterly sales forecasts3) Evaluate distributor track records to analyze monthly sales vs quotas4) Provide recommendations and support to the distributors to achieve sales objectives5) Evaluate the pricing of products and provide recommendations as necessary6) Train distributors on company surgical tables7) Identify and work with distributors who display substandard sales, product and procedural knowledge8) Educate and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and surgeons in the territory9) Design incentive programs for surgeons10) Prepare weekly reports on business activities, contacts and expenses incurred and submit them to the President for his review and discussion11) Participate in Weekly GST Business Review and Planning Meetings and present reports on sales results, analysis, opportunities and forecasts12) Create a Surgical Hospital and Surgical Center Database with corresponding sales volume and product line penetration by region13) Work with the Customer Service, Marketing and Inventory Operation teams to ensure fast customer support and quick turnaround to enable future opportunities14) Work with the Product Marketing team to convey product information to the distributors and customers15) Attend trade shows, laboratories and conferences, as necessary16) Act as the focal point of the registration process and proactively work with suppliers and doctors to assist the process17) Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments, as required18) Perform other duties as assignedCritical Requirements1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)2) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales managementIf you are qualified and this seems like just the right opportunity to take your career to the next level, please apply - we want to hear from youCompensation and Other DetailsBase Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experienceindhighPublished on 08 Oct 2023, 4:33 PM
