Title: Account Manager - Baseball Location: Austin, TX WIN Reality has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our WIN Customer Success Team. Overview: WIN Reality's Customer Success Team is the cornerstone of our mission to empower coaches and players alike. We provide personalized onboarding to organizations and coaches, ensuring they maximize our training platform's potential. Beyond onboarding, we foster long-term relationships, offering ongoing support and guidance. With WIN Reality, coaches have the tools to cultivate success on and off the field, creating a winning culture that lasts. Role Responsibilities: * Work with organizations, coaches, and players to understand their backgrounds, assess needs, instruct, and assign training programs to develop hitting skills * Successfully onboard new baseball and/or softball organizations to WIN through 1:1 and/or group orientation/training sessions * Responsible for building strong relationships with coaches and players, driving adoption and retention throughout baseball and softball programs * Partners with coaches and hitting instructors to create training programs, practice plans, report on player improvement, and identify opportunities for growth * Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the instruction equipment and associated software Required Skills: * 2+ years in a Customer Success or Sales role * Elite experience - College and/or Professional playing or coaching experience * Passionate about the game and setting up coaches and players with the tools necessary to succeed * Ambitious, motivated self-starter attitude who enjoys meeting and building strong relationships within the baseball and softball communities; energy to operate in a fast-paced baseball/softball training environment * Mature and efficient communication skills across oral, written, typing, and texting, with demonstrated ability to adjust communication tone and delivery based on audience * A self-motivated individual who thrives on taking ownership and aims to achieve success for both themselves and the team * Selfless, finds enjoyment in serving others and watching them improve as a product of their work * May require travel to meet with partners, showcases, conventions, etc. * Creative and proactive; can think outside the box and find new ways to drive growth/improvement * Ability to think from the perspective of our stakeholders (players, parents, coaches, etc) * Requires a background check upon offer Sports have a rich heritage of transcending traditional boundaries in pursuit of winning.
