This key role will be responsible for strategic oversight and day-to-day management and delivery of the RevvitySignals.com website and B2B eCommerce experience with specific focus on meeting customer needs and ongoing, data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time and will have a proven track record executing digital experiences and experimental roadmaps from ideation through launch that drive against key KPIs. This role requires effective stakeholder communication skills, a clear understanding of brand guidelines and standards, website features and tools, and most importantly technical development. Moreover, as the marketer responsible for launches on the website, this person is responsible for each aspect of the launch, with an emphasis on ideation to site merchandising, targeting segments with personalization, building or updating the landing pages, executing the day-of launch responsibilities, and assuring a best-practice approach with templates and components for all products, features or services.

This is a high visibility and high impact workstream, and the role leads large-scale initiatives across Marketing and Communications, working with stakeholders to bring great web customer experiences to life, driving strategy and creative development for customer experiences on the website, with a mixture of consultation and scalable website systems, and a test-and-learn roadmap.

Job Summary

The Web Operations and E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the Revvity Signals website at RevvitySignals.com, including marketing strategy, driving leads and promoting online sales growth through the website, and enhancing the digital experience for Revvity Signals customers. This person oversees the development, management, and optimization of the web CMS platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs, collaborating directly with cross functional teams to implement best practices, maximize conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. The role includes managing online sales strategies to drive revenue growth through effective e-commerce initiatives, optimizing website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through data-driven analysis. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of web and e-commerce strategies with overall business goals and stays informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

*Day-to-day operations of the web and ecommerce experience, including coordinating product launches, product merchandising, content updates, promotions, customer communications, and marketing.

*Responsible for leading acquisition and user experience efforts to optimize eCommerce conversions, aligning with the Revvity Signals digital strategy and drive revenue.

*Collaborate across departments to drive strategy and a seamless user-friendly experience.

*Improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by demonstrating available analytics and SEO standard processes to develop content in partnership with marketing teams.

*Work closely with customer service, support, marketing, UX, and content teams to understand user profiles and customer journeys across Revvity properties and proactively identify customer needs. Coordinate with various teams to complete content and site improvements, improving user experience to meet those needs.

*Act as the ecommerce SME (Subject Matter Expert) on marketing, product, sales, and digital project teams. Participate as an ecommerce SME on cross-functional commercial ops teams, ensuring effective methods for maintenance, improvements, and business needs and always advocating on behalf of the customer to meet business goals.

*Lead ecommerce and web reporting, including campaign performance, product performance, and user behavior. Plan for data integrations for products that support ecommerce and leverage available analytics and tools to understand user trends and growth opportunities and make content improvements and product recommendations based on these insights.

*Work with the Product Marketing teams to support product marketing efforts, and incorporate ecommerce sales, profit, and customer experience metrics to measure campaign performance.

*Define and improve website instrumentation, multi-variate testing and other relevant website intelligence.

*Identify and optimize internal web authoring workflows to create efficiency and process standards.

*Approach quality assurance (QA) for development and authoring with a high degree of rigor to ensure the web experience meets a high-quality bar before publication.

*Conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.

*Manage web operations staff, providing practical guidance and mentoring as required.

*Monitor relevant technology trends and innovations in e-commerce, continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.

Basic Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification is preferred.

*Proven experience (7+ years) in e-commerce management, web development, or digital marketing. At least seven years of relevant experience managing and leading development projects for CMS and eCommerce, preferably with B2B technology or SaaS products.

*Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience managing or administering content management systems (e.g., Drupal, Adobe AEM).

*Experience with digital marketing strategies, campaign planning and implementation, KPIs, and reporting across channels and tactics.

*Experience creating and optimizing digital content. Shown success optimizing content for increased engagement and conversions with conversion funnels, SEO standard processes, personalization principles, and testing methodologies.

*Experience working on cross-functional project teams with market research, design, development, and business partners. Translates business needs to technical requirements.

*Hands-on experience with web design and development processes.

* Familiarity with market research, web reporting, data analytics, including practical knowledge of data-driven KPIs and report development. Must have skilled familiarity with GA4 and experience working directly with Google. Google Analytics Certification preferred.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to connect with all organizational levels.

*Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of collaborative project teams.

*Strong organizational skills and ability to lead multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.

*Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processes.

*Experience managing cross-functional marketing and creative teams

*Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

*Full-stack development experience strongly preferred.

*SPA, REACT, headless CMS, PWA experience

*JavaScript expertise (eg, React)

*Proven success with projects with use of AI, AR/VR, and/or machine learning

*Experience with large-scale CMS redesign and development projects in a B2B enterprise platform, like Drupal or Adobe AEM.

*Experience running eCommerce programs including promotions, and product management for physical or digital products.
