Patient Access Specialist

LaSalle Network is excited to partner with a leading hospital in Chicago to help staff a Patient Access Specialist position This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless experience for patients as they begin their healthcare journey. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you. Being onsite means you'll be at the heart of patient care, collaborating directly with hospital staff and patients. You'll have the chance to build face-to-face relationships, provide immediate assistance and contribute directly to the patient experience. Working onsite also allows for stronger team collaboration, quick problem-solving and a more hands-on approach to your daily tasks, offering you valuable exposure to the healthcare environment.
