Build your career with us Customer Service Representative Indianapolis, IN, US, 46250 POSITION OVERVIEW dormakaba is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner, providing technical support to end users and business partners using our software applications and lock hardware. ***This position is remote. *** HOURLY HIRING RANGE: Base Salary $19 - $23 hr. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of customer order utilizing the company’s software system and customer purchase orders. Initiate required action(s) for response to customer requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order information files. Communicate changes to the appropriate personnel. Provide Customer Service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports. Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer Service Team Issue Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and Credit Memos WHAT WE REQUIRE High school education or equivalent Proficient experience with computers (E-mail, scheduling, word, spreadsheets, etc.) WHAT WE PREFER Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems 5 years’ experience in customer service with increasing responsibilities Knowledge of BEST products WHAT WE OFFER Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
