Position Overview: As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of key projects within our manufacturing facility in Canonsburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in a manufacturing environment, with specific experience in printed circuit board production.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project status, addressing inquiries and concerns, and managing customer expectations.

Conduct post-project reviews and assessments to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Utilize project management tools and software to facilitate communication, collaboration, and documentation of project activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification in project management is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects in a manufacturing environment.

Specific experience in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing is highly preferred.

Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues in a timely manner.
