Job Description

Are you an outgoing, energetic team player ready to make an impact in the dynamic world of marketing and events? Look no further Join DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) as a Marketing Assistant, where you will seamlessly blend the responsibilities of supporting the marketing team and assisting in event coordination. This multifaceted role requires a well-organized individual proficient in graphic design, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
Assist in the development and execution of print and digital advertising campaigns.
Film, edit and produce high-quality photos and videos for use across digital platforms, social media, and marketing materials.
Maintain and organize the company's media library for easy access and usage.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
Assist in designing and maintaining the company website using WordPress, ensuring a user-friendly experience and up-to-date content.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a marketing department or graphic design is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and social media. Knowledge of basic HTML, WordPress, and photography is a plus.
Attributes: Excellent vendor management skills, outstanding communication, detail-oriented, reliable with time management skills, ability to handle stress and remain calm, and problem-solving skills are a must.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work both individually and as part of a group.
