+ Utilizing cutting-edge technology and data analytics to drive recruitment strategies, candidate management, and program implementation.
+ Leading a team of recruiters, leveraging technology to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
+ Implementing data-driven decision-making practices to prioritize requisitions, tasks, and projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
+ Developing and maintaining Talent Acquisition standard operating procedures, integrating technology solutions to enhancing efficiency and candidate experience.
+ Providing advanced training and technical guidance to staff on leveraging technology, data analytics, and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
+ Collaborating with the team to develop and launch school outreach plans aimed at capturing early talent, leveraging data to identify promising candidates and establishing long-term talent pipelines.
+ Fostering strong relationships with leadership and front-line managers, advocating for the adoption of technology-driven recruitment practices.
+ Managing and prioritizing searches for hard-to-fill roles, leveraging data analytics to create targeted sourcing strategies and pipelines.
+ Demonstrating the ability to influence key stakeholders and the team effectively.
To qualify, you must have:
+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum of 6 years of talent acquisition, human resources, and/or leadership experience, with a proven track record of leveraging technology and data analytics.
+ Professional certifications such as SHRM or RACR are preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to drive results through the strategic use of technology, data analytics, and metrics.
+ Expertise in recruiting and talent attraction strategies, including advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and candidate assessment.
+ Proficiency in Behavioral Interviewing technique and utilizing social media channels for recruiting.
+ Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage candidates, internal stakeholders, and external agencies.
+ Understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition, with a commitment to building diverse and adaptable teams.
+ Experience in fostering a culture of accountability, setting high performance standards, and utilizing data to measure and improve outcomes.
