Main overview of what the job entails and aim towards

To lead and manage electrification program under SEI Foundation and responsible for design and successful implementation for rural electrification projects focused on improving lives and livelihood of people .

Responsibilities

Management of electrification projects under Schneider Electric Foundation.

Develop and deploy rural electrification projects under Schneider Electric CSR programs in India by implementing the best project management practices to meet the time line, budget and impact goals of the projects.

Build partnership with corporate foundations /Govt agency / International donor agenciesin India & abroad for scalability and sustainability of electrification program

Improvement of engagement of Schneider Employees through their participation in CSR actives

Collaboration with other corporate/ NGOs/ Govt Agency / International Donor agencies

Responsible for internal and external communication about different activities of SEI Foundation
