Marketing Specialist

Under the direct supervision of the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for tactical support of the marketing team. They will execute vital tasks to support several aspects of the the portfolio's marketing campaigns including social media, digital marketing, graphic design, event management.Key Responsibilities:Audit advertising for accuracy and effectiveness.Maintain production and social media calendar, implementing provided media schedules.Extract and analyze marketing data from CRM, GA4, and other sources.Update and/or create marketing assets.Interface with support services to ensure proper coding and prompt payment of marketing invoices.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design, or similar field1 to 2 years of marketing experienceMust possess a high-level of energy and attention to detailExcellent computer skills and fluency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media, CRMS, and experience with email marketing toolsExperience with Google Ad Words and GA4We are a company that provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
