Your Role

  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to assess the reliability and performance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Identify critical failure modes, root causes, and potential risks to product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement risk-based strategies to mitigate equipment failures and process deviations.
  • Implement predictive maintenance programs leveraging data analytics, condition monitoring techniques, and sensor technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and industry standards related to equipment reliability and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of reliability assessments, maintenance activities, and equipment performance metrics. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings, recommendations, and performance trends for management review.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant reliability and maintenance experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, including failure analysis, root cause analysis, and reliability modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA regulations).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in establishing a maintenance program is a plus
