As IT support technician, you are the initial contact for service-related issues and will assist end-users with application, operating system, and connectivity issues.   • Support end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Assist with imaging, configuration, and installation of computer systems and peripherals for employees upon hire or during the deployment cycle.
