As an Enterprise Application Support Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in proactively troubleshooting issues, implementing innovative solutions, and optimizing workflow processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Gathers and support business requirements when needed and works to translate into functional specifications. Swiftly identify and address application issues to minimize downtime, optimizing system performance, and document Root Cause Analysis. Collaborate across teams to implement solutions that enhance the functionality of key applications and platforms. Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functionality testing. Perform tests to avoid performance issues, including any effects from system development. Utilize technical skills to manage releases, configure solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Ensure all production changes are made in accordance with defined requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation including: support knowledge base, data sources, data flows, application logic, enhancement/issue logs, hardware/software architecture, Information architecture, Standard Operating Procedures, DR plan, and other project documents. Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to streamline operations and boost productivity. Contribute to scaling applications and platforms to support the bank's growth and drive operational efficiency. Follow and research industry trends and performs best-practice research to support project goals. Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct.

GENERAL: Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise-level applications and platforms. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to proactively troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience. Consideration given to equivalent combinations of education and experience, including military service, with specific certifications. 1-2 years of experience with technical systems customer support. Detail-oriented with a strong desire for continuous learning. Effective time management skills. Ability to correlate the use of system programs to business objectives and processes to streamline workflows. Understanding of banking operations and principles and their relevance to supported systems. Focus on delivering projects within or beyond expectations and meeting deadlines. Conceptual and creative and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile methodologies Proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow for support, incident response, and change management.
