As a Senior Financial Analyst at Future Tech Enterprise, you will collaborate with the Corporate Finance team to facilitate the monthly financial operations within a dynamic, international organization.

This temporary role emphasizes the oversight of balance sheet accounts with a particular focus on cash management and reconciliation.
This remote opportunity is temporary and may transition to a permanent position, contingent on ongoing organizational requirements. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern time.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Produce timely and precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct thorough general ledger assessments and execute account reconciliations.
- Oversee financial documentation for subsidiaries by reviewing balance sheets and ledger accounts.
- Ensure alignment of international financial statements with US GAAP standards.
- Validate the coding of departmental transactions and general ledger accounts.
- Perform reconciliations for both domestic and international bank accounts.
- Prepare recurring and adjusting journal entries.
- Assist in variance analysis during the financial closing process.
- Generate specialized reports and manage projects to deliver financial insights as required.
- Develop and maintain global accounting policies.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Uphold a professional and positive demeanor while contributing to the organization.

Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is mandatory.

Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of accounting experience, including general ledger analysis, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and overall proficiency in MS Office are crucial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational abilities, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of US GAAP standards and experience in aligning international financial statements are vital.
- Capability to perform bank reconciliations for both domestic and international accounts.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create specialized reports and manage financial projects.
- Demonstrated capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities is essential.
- Ability to develop and uphold global accounting policies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal teams are required.
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude while contributing to the organization is crucial.

Additional Considerations:
- Experience in public accounting is advantageous.
- Practical accounting experience is beneficial.
- International accounting and consolidation experience, along with familiarity with IFRS, is a plus.
