Human Resources Coordinator:
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Managing sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes.
- Interpreting, assisting and advising employees and managers regarding cooperative agreement applications, leave management and benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
- Run and prepare monthly reports out HR system for Benefits Reconciliations.
- Associate degree required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years' related administrative experience
- Detail-oriented and organized
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
- Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance
- Paid Time Off, 401k, and Holiday Pay*
- Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit
