Coordinate work with cross functional teams (analog, digital, verification, and software). Apply your experience with EM and IR analysis and tools. General Requirements: BS, MS, Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. Track record of designing foundational IP analog/mixed signal circuit blocks in CMOS/FinFet technologies. Experienced and efficient with industry standard EDA tools. Experience with 28 nm down to 7 nm including FinFET technologies. Experience with industry tools Spectre, Voltus, AnSys, Virtuoso.
