Position Overview:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing inquiries, directing them to the right personnel, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere int he reception area.
Receptionist Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, part time schedule up to 20-25 hours per week.
- Pay Rate: $18-$19 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role
- Greeting visitors' and answering inquiries in person, via phone or email
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondesce.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Directing visitors to appropriate personnel or departments
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Managing office supplies and inventory for the reception area
- Assisting with special projects or events as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Providing excelllent customer service to all visitors and callers
- Two years of previous customer service skills is preferred
- High School Diploma is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, printers, and scanners.
