Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and analyze current processes within partner organizations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within client business operations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes using our software solutions.
  • Software Integration: Work closely with the product development team to align software capabilities with client needs. Ensure seamless integration of our software into client processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate discussions and workshops with business leaders, managers, and employees to gather insights and build consensus on process changes.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage process improvement projects for clients from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation of current processes, proposed changes, and implementation plans tailored to client needs.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to client employees on new processes and software systems. Ensure smooth transition and adoption of changes.

Qualifications:
