The clinical supervisor must possess critical thinking, communication, clinical skills, and leadership. Enables all Mission Partners to contribute to their fullest potential, creating a positive and supportive environment aligned with OSF Mission, Vision and Standards of Performance.QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's degree in nursingExperience: 1 year of progressively more responsible work experience in Hospice or 1 year supervisor experience in healthcareLicensure/ Certification: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan) BLS issued by American Heart Association is required prior to start date of employment.Current driver's license and auto insurance, provides own transportation Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
