Promise Healthcare has a community health center in Champaign, Illinois and clinics on Bloomington Road and Neil Street in Champaign and school-based clinics in Urbana and Rantoul.

Promise Healthcare seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide 1-hour per week of clinical supervision to licensed social workers. Must be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). This position may work remotely, from home and be based anywhere provided applicant possesses a current State of Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker license.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of local medical and social service systems.
  • Strong documentation skills and comfort in an electronic health record.
  • Must have valid driver's license, insurance, and transportation to other clinics as needed.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Ability to adhere to assigned professional code of ethics.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

The applicant must possess a Master's Degree, and be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Physical setting: May work remotely, from home.

Schedule: 1-hour per week

COVID-19 considerations: Must be COVID Vaccinated or willing to become vaccinated.

Education: Masters (required)

License/Certification: LCSW (required)
