**Key Responsibilities**
As an Inside Sales Business Manager, this individual will help drive incremental revenue, create and drive cross-functional projects and programs with significant impact within the manufacturing vertical to help promote and lead change in key areas of the business.
* Drive Incremental Manufacturing revenue
* Retail Opportunity/pipeline creation and management
* Work with Dell Technologies stakeholders to understand key issues, priorities, and buying personas within manufacturing accounts
* Analyze and identify areas of opportunity and white space for Insides Sales Campaigns, including CoC led campaigns
* Work with Retail Leadership to develop and lead inside sales programs and campaigns
* Assist with tracking opportunity via SalesForce.com
* On-site and webcast training of inside sales organizations
* Support customer facing opportunities both virtually and physically
**Essential Requirements**
* Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
* Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help business partner understand our value
* Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across function/regions.
**Desirable Requirements**
* Knowledge of the Retail market
* Quota Responsibility
* 3+ years in Inside sales experience
* Proficient in Office 365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBi, SharePoint
* Proficient in SalesForce.com
