Senior Customer Care Coordinator

Waukesha, WI (On Site)

As a Senior Customer Care Coordinator and member of the Taste, Texture and Health team, you will develop, implement and manage a cost effective and efficient customer care organization. You will achieve this with standard working processes and systems, to enable optimal business performance and meet corporate and legal requirements. This role also develops and delivers customer solutions that support business strategies and meet customer expectations. Our Customer Care team also Interacts with our sales team/sales management on a regular basis and effectively communicate with Account managers, customers, planning and other internal stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assigned AM/Accounts.
  • Sample order entry and management.
  • Order entry and management: order changes/updates (Internal & External), ensuring order confirmation, Monitor OOR.
  • RKU/CIRT requests.
  • Projects/UAT testing.
  • Team Trainers for C36 & C37 and assist when needed.
  • Work in SAP to manage orders and for customer relationship management and complaint handling.

You bring:
  • Management by Objectives/ BA or BS preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • SAP or similar ERP system experience.
  • Order to Cash (order fulfilment) business process knowledge.
  • Good process oriented and analytical skills.
