* Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience

* 2 years of experience in business, customer service, and/or data analysis

* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

* Experience using ServiceNow

* Evaluate, troubleshoot, draw insights, and act on retailer inquiries

* Experience navigating eCommerce / Omnichannel ERP systems

* Proven abilities to communicate messages to diverse audiences in a concise, articulate manner

* Strong business and financial acumen

* Ability to problem-solve creatively and work well in a team environment

* Intellectually curious and self-motivated; experienced in dealing with complex concepts and situations
