to support our growing team. Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Project Accounting, this position is responsible for project set-up and maintenance, timely and accurate billing and daily financial assistance to designated business groups. Job Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate billing for designated projects

Provide day-to-day general financial assistance for business groups Set up and maintain projects in BST accounting system Review proposal and contracts to ensure proper billing procedures; providing guidance and follow up as needed Review of timesheets and expense reports Perform other like duties as assigned Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline Must have prior accounting/finance, customer service and/or related experience
