We're seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing incoming shipments, maintaining safety standards, coaching staff, optimizing warehouse layout for maximum productivity, and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold rigorous safety standards per our Safety Action Plan.
  • Manage inventory systems, conduct cycle counts, and control costs effectively.
  • Optimize warehouse layout to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor purchase orders and transfers to ensure timely processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely product storage using barcode technology.
  • Maintain an organized and clean receiving area.
  • Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and completing cycle counts.
  • Manage product returns and transfers as needed.
  • Operate equipment such as fork trucks and platform lifts safely.
  • Participate in the Safety Committee and promote a positive work environment.
  • Supervise shipping operations and provide performance feedback to employees.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Enforce operational policies and procedures, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  • Mentor and support warehouse staff.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of shipping experience.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to supervise and multitask effectively.
