MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:•Learn Debit Card Maintenance taskso Process new Debit Card orderso Perform maintenance on Debit Cardso Process CNB Overdraft program dailyo Process returned mailo Balancing related General Ledger accounts•Learn to receive and answer telephone inquiries and emails regarding customer accounts; assist customers and Bank personnel with questions on the status of account, bank statements, charges, interest payments, debit card fraud, etc.•Successfully complete all Bank-assigned compliance training courses and examinations within the required timeframe•Learn to manage Falcon Fraud issues that are caught by Shazam contact the customer, update information, process fraud reporting to Shazam, if needed.•Other duties as assignedABILITIES REQUIRED: •Able to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks for oneself •Good math, typing, telephone, PC, and mechanical skills•Accurate keyboarding skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe•Detail oriented and able to work without constant monitoring•Quick learner•High school diploma or GED plus one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceWORK SCHEDULE: This full-time position is scheduled for approximately 37-40 hours per week. A typical schedule would be M-F, 8:00AM - 4:30PM, with one Saturday from 8:00AM to 12:00PM every 5 weeks on a rotating basis.
