Spherion Staffing is seeking a Receptionist, who will play a crucial role in managing our communication hub You'll answer and direct incoming calls, relay messages with precision, and assist callers with their inquiries or requests. If you excel in multitasking and love engaging with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you

SCHEDULE/HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday-Saturday (40 hours), 9AM-6PM

Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming calls, relaying messages accurately, and assisting callers with inquiries or requests.
Operate complex switchboard systems and follow established protocols.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience working as medical or commercial business receptionist

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Good communication skills
