Technical Engineer (Maltha) Benelux Standplaats Emmen of Heijningen, werkgebied België en Nederland 40 uur Maltha is een toonaangevende recyclagebedrijf van hol en vlak glasafval en leverancier van zuivere glasscherven als hoogwaardige grondstof voor de glas- en glaswolindustrie. Als Technisch Ingenieur heb je een gespecialiseerde rol waarin je advies geeft over de werktuigbouwkundige aspecten van de installaties en processen op al onze locaties. Je vertaalt (nieuwe) richtlijnen naar praktische aanpassingen van installaties en bent betrokken vanaf het begin tot het einde bij diverse optimalisatie- en projecten. Je zult regelmatig communiceren en samenwerken met interne collega’s en tevens contact onderhouden met externe partijen om verbeteringen en aanpassingen te ontwikkelen. Vanwege groei en uitbreiding zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Ingenieur. Je rapporteert aan de Technisch Manager. Wat ga je doen als Technisch Ingenieur? Uitvoering van toegewezen projecten binnen de afgesproken kaders, met betrekking tot haalbaarheid, voorbereiding, planning, budgetbeheersing, uitvoering, resultaat en veiligheid. Zorg dragen voor de technische samenwerking binnen de locaties en samenwerken met productie en onderhoud. Beheren van de projectbegroting en signaleren van afwijkingen indien nodig. Adviseren en informeren van de technische afdeling over onderhoud en vervanging van de technische installatie. Ontwikkelen van technische competenties op het gebied van werktuigbouwkunde in samenwerking met de leverancier. Signalering van optimalisatiemogelijkheden en technische probleemgebieden en hierop anticiperen. Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met meerdere leveranciers. Deelnemen aan het ontwikkelen en implementeren van nieuwe installaties in samenwerking met de technische manager en leveranciers. Wie ben jij? Afgeronde bacheloropleiding in werktuigbouwkunde, vergelijkbaar door kennis en ervaring. Minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring en affiniteit met processen en installaties in een soortgelijke branche. Ervaring met projectmanagement is een pre. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. Bereidheid tot reizen binnen de Benelux en in het bezit van rijbewijs B. Engels lezen en schrijven is noodzakelijk, Duits en/of Frans is een extra voordeel. Hoe maken wij jou blij? Minimaal 24 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid tot het bijkopen van extra dagen. Ruimte voor eigen inbreng waar ook echt naar wordt geluisterd.
