The primary role of the Replenishment Analyst is to manage the overall supply chain and inventory flow processes.To provide consumption reporting, analysis and insights on all Ruiz Foods business for key customers.Build relationships with a depth of understanding Customer expectations ensuring timely execution of the order fulfillment functions for assigned Customers and Sales regions.Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to bring solutions to Customers as well as internal processes.Escalate customer issues appropriately within the organization and maintain responsibility for follow-through to ensure timely satisfactory resolution.Collaborate closely with Transportation, Warehousing, Supply Planning, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure flawless execution to ensure Customer Supply Chain metrics are met.

COMPENSATION: $70 - 90k/Year

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily communication with Customers, Sales, Transportation, Warehouse and Supply Chain.
  • Understand customer ordering patterns and utilize the information to build effective forecasts in coordination with the sales and supply planning teams.
  • Accountable for the day-to-day timely execution of customer orders, track and trace, securing proof of delivery as necessary, coordination of customer returns, shortages, damages and deductions as well as ensuring that the customer receives an accurate invoice.
  • Manage and maintain key service reliability metric goals (OTIF, In-stock, Fill Rate)
  • Manage all Supplier One (Item 360) functions: item maintenance, new item setup and price changes.
  • Provide recurring, deep-dive and ad hoc analytical support utilizing customer systems.
  • Utilize system reports to perform various job functions managing sales order compliance.
  • Facilitate price discrepancies, customer deductions and process check requests as applicable including the validation of supporting documents in accordance to department standard operating procedures.
  • Store-level inventory/forecasting/replenishment analysis.
  • New-item tracking, promotional event analysis and volume transfer.
  • Support the implementation of strategies and programs to improve service or cost to serve.
  • Utilize analytical abilities to ensure adequate service and supply levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5-7 years of minimum experience within Customer Service, Key Account Order Replenishment, Supply planning and Logistics. CPG, ERP and Trade Spend experiences are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain and supply planning processes.
  • Experience working with Order Management/ERP systems, 3PL shipping locations, EDI (electronic data interchange), on-line vendor portals, databases, software systems and Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
