**Responsibilities:**

* Respond positively to and expeditiously process all inquiries and orders

* Help increase revenue by participating in up-sell and cross-sell promotions as appropriate

* Enter new client information into client database as needed

* Manage client orders via multiple queues

* Enter orders, perform searches on external websites, work with an external correspondent network, review and process results into our internal system and billing & invoicing orders

* Follow-up with clients by phone or email correspondence to keep client fully informed of issue or order status

* Keep records of customer phone & email interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System

* A minimum of three years of customer service or related experience; preferably within the banking or financial services industry

* Associates degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
