BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
The Recruiting Manager will be the primary point of contact for all recruiting initiatives. They will be responsible for developing a talent acquisition pipeline for KTC. This person will take the lead role in creating analytics and reporting tools for the recruitment activities within the organization. This person will have direct reports and indirect reports. They will drive operational efficiencies within the recruitment process by creating and executing cost effective solutions.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines:
Lead overall end to end recruiting strategy.
Create and upkeep recruiting metrics and identify key areas of opportunities for improvement.
Identify and create new recruiting programs.
Create, edit, or archive job descriptions to achieve business objectives.
Work with the marketing department to develop employee branding strategies which will include but not limited to job fairs, marketing events, vendor meetings
Act as the corporate office contact for Job Boards and Background check vendors.
Manage college recruiting program including but not limited to: internships, career fairs, and other opportunities.
Develop and facilitate management training program.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required. Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
At least 5 years of previous recruiting management experience.
Previous experience recruiting IT, Sales/Marketing and Engineering professionals is preferred.
Must have previous people management experience as a Supervisor or above with direct reports.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point.
Must have good relationship management skills.
EQUIPMENT OPERATION (% of time, description, nature of service):
Basic office equipment (computer, phones, copiers)
Physical Requirements
Able to lift up to 10 lbs.
Additional Information
Travel may be required infrequently
