Job Summary Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) is the distribution arm of the Kiva Confections brand. KSS provides sales and service support for not only the Kiva Confections brand but other high-quality cannabis brands in the California market as well. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality customer service to our retail customers in an environment that is fast-paced and rapidly growing. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for pulling inventory to fulfill account orders. This job is for you, if... Unload all incoming shipments to the warehouse Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt Store inventory in the correct areas of the warehouse Replenish inventory when necessary Count all inventory, document and report all issues in our ERP systems Receive Purchase Orders or Sales Orders in our ERP System Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.) Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements Work Environment This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30 AM- 9:30 PM Some extended and weekend hours may be required Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend over without much assistance 80% of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time $20 - $20 an hour Kiva Confections provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
