to assist the 68th Electronic Warfare Squadron (68 EWS), 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW) at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF). The mission of the 350 SWW is to develop and test mission data (MD) to defeat enemy radar and infrared guided missile systems, thus enhancing aircrew and aircraft survivability in combat. This mission includes operational EW testing, MD development/validation/verification, force development evaluation execution and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation. Responsibilities: The successful candidate shall provide advice and assistance to 68 EWS and multiple Integrated process Teams (IPT) by managing personnel actions, non-personal administrative functions and providing office organization support. The Candidate shall be capable of identifying problems and recommending solutions with minimal supervision, have knowledge of AF directives and procedures in support of management and preparation of Government documentation and have proficiency in office organization and management. The Candidate shall provide advice and assistance in performing specific routine actions creating, managing, and maintaining databases to include but not limited to: tracking status of office tasks, suspenses, training, distributing office mail, and reviewing correspondence for correction of deficiencies; meeting/conference organization and preparation, which includes developing agendas and presentations, scheduling and preparation of meeting venue, recording and tracking action items, and performing venue security duties. The Candidate shall provide advice and assistance for office official bulletins, displays, and announcements; establishing and maintaining file plans for Government approval; reviewing documentation for senior leadership approval/signature for compliance with AF directives and processes; draft civilian personnel actions and submit for senior leadership approval; consolidate and prepare personnel actions for processing, and distribute approved personnel actions to appropriate agencies. The Candidate shall provide advice and assistance to staff with monitoring commitments made at meetings, then provide support in adjusting appointments and calendars to minimize conflicts in scheduling; coordinating meeting arrangements, and/or schedules meetings and/or conferences; establish location, set time, contact participants, and ensure all required materials and services are available for meetings/conferences; contact other people to attend meetings in lieu of original participants when necessary. The Candidate shall provide advice and assistance in preparing and finalizing a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents, determining and modifying format, content and frequency of requirements from information obtained from staff, files and other sources; in composing and preparing non-technical and some technical correspondence such as requests for civilian personnel actions, information concerning the organization's mission and programs; office procedures, letters of acknowledgement, commendations, or notification; in coordinating/forwarding correspondence to appropriate offices and updating the correspondence tracking systems and suspense files; in preparing documents IAW regulations and policies and in appropriate format; in reviewing all correspondence thoroughly to ensure correct grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation; and ensure documents are finalized in a timely manner, meeting prescribed suspense dates or deadlines. The Candidate shall provide assistance in monitoring video security systems, allowing and shutting entry to facility main entrance, and answer the Command Section telephone; assist with providing entry control desk duties including visitor log and visitor badge control, and coordinating/facilitating official mail, package delivery receipt, and paging personnel. Required Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Personnel/Administrative Manager. SECRET Clearance required (requires US Citizenship) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): - Three (5) years' experience using Microsoft suite of applications tools, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Sharepoint. - Excellent organization, administrative and interpersonal skills. - Able to manage the varied tasks associated with multiple projects, prioritize, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and acumen. - Professional and collaborative U.S. Citizenship Required for this Position:
