Entry Level Customer Service Assistant

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial control systems, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be part of the Live Support team supporting customer interactions in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Access - Customer Service Assistant
Location: Salem, OR (On-site)
Pay Range: $16.00 per hour
What's the Job?
1. Customer Service: Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, offering assistance with scheduling and other support needs.
2. Call Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and organization of customer interactions to enhance service quality.
3. Multi-tasking: Utilize multiple software programs and screens efficiently during customer calls.
4. Meeting Performance Metrics: Achieve call handling, volume, and productivity goals.
5. Professional Interaction: Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
What's Needed?
1. Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
2. Software Knowledge: Proficiency in operating multiple screens and telephone software systems.
3. Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime as required.
4. On-site Requirement: This role is located on-site in Salem, OR.
