The Marketing Specialist is a highly driven individual responsible for supporting the marketing and branding efforts for the entire organization. Reporting into the President of GWPG Asia, the role will work closely with key functions across the organizations including sales, product and design. Responsibilities may include developing internal communications, coordinating events, promotions, and campaigns, implementing social media strategies and analyzing performance metrics. The role will also work with outside marketing agencies and will be responsible for ensuring that branded products meet the brand strategy and guidelines.

What Youll Do

  • Independently conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify potential opportunities for the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Manage and update the company's website and social media accounts to ensure content is accurate, up-to- date, and engaging for the target audience.
  • Help develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, designing graphics, and analyzing campaign results.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and event venues, to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and successful event execution.
  • Continuously track and maintain marketing budgets and expenses and provide regular reports to the marketing team and upper management.
  • Regularly track and analyze SEO metrics, pay-per-click expenditures, and keyword positioning.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing or related field is highly or equivalent years of work experience.
  • 3+ years of Marketing experience.
