The Crew Manager will be responsible for overseeing moving crews, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Crew Manager will spend approximately 90% of their working hours in the field, exposed to various weather conditions and physical demands. This role may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate customer needs. Responsibilities: 1. Field Management: - Lead and supervise moving crews during on-site operations. - Ensure efficient and safe loading, unloading, and transportation of goods. - Provide guidance and support to the crew to optimize performance and meet service standards. - Resolve any on-site challenges or issues promptly and effectively. - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure service excellence. 2.
