About This Role:

Forrester is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern interested in building a career in marketing website design, management, and production. The successful candidate will handle projects supporting website optimization and maintenance. This role will be based in Forrester's Cambridge, MA office.

The base salary range listed here is inclusive of all potential US geographies: $20.00/hour.

Job Description:

  • Support day-to-day website functions, including uploading content and imagery as required.
  • QA and publish promotions across the site. Conduct a quarterly audit of all promotions.
  • Assist with uploading videos and podcasts to relevant platforms.
  • Work with team members to recommend, prioritize, and address areas for immediate improvements using GA4 data.
  • Proactively review blog accounts to ensure titles, social media, etc., are accurate.
  • Review author bios to maintain accuracy.
Job Requirements:
  • Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably marketing and coursework in UX/UI.
  • Willingness to work 10 to 15 hours a week during normal EST business hours.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to jump and learn new tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and HTML is a bonus, though this job will not involve coding.
