Primary focus will be on identifying emerging technologies to enhance HCA’s digital products and platforms and collaborating with key business and IT partners and vendors to manage creation of new services, solutions, or products, from ideation through delivery. Internally, this role leads Agile Digital Product teams that will partner with Business stakeholders to build and execute product roadmaps via test/pilot/deliver frictionless experience for customers, dealers, and employees. This role will work very closely with other technology teams including Application Management, Information Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, Data Management and Analytics, as required. Duties and Responsibilities:1. Build, lead, develop and inspire team members responsible for defining and delivering the Digital product capabilities2. Lead the Agile software development team to design, develop, test, and deliver high quality solutions to meet organization’s needs (Projects, SCRs, MBODs)3. Manage vendors and ensure Service Levels are met for all the applications. Promote ideas to automate repetitive tasks, reduce technical dept and improve the reliability of the applications4. Serve as a thought leader, idea generator to leverage digital technologies and channels to solve customer issues / unmet needs and enable new revenue generation / cost reduction / customer experience opportunities5.
