Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent field and/or related Associates Degree 3+ years of professional business experience with emphasis in financial analysis and/or other analytical functions Advanced MS Excel Proven desire to make an impact, manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly Proven solid communication skills, written and verbal Proven attention to detail Proven ability to work collaboratively as well as independently Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across a matrix environment Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SQL and/or SAS Experience in healthcare claims reporting and analytics *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Washington, D.C. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
