Marketing's Global Event Team creates in-person, virtual and hybrid event experiences convening audiences across business, government and philanthropy. We aim to connect regional and global teams to create a strategic, data-driven approach that’s unified and delivers on our company wide priorities while still meeting individual business objectives. Annually, we create, plan and execute 2,400+ events across a portfolio of in-person, virtual and hybrid events reaching 239K clients, prospects and employees in over 60 countries. We'll trust you to: Plan and execute sales and marketing event programs (In-Person/Hybrid) for assigned Business Units Leverage client-specific event execution tools and platforms, programs and infrastructure to deliver events (In-Person/Hybrid). Manage the creative process, including invites, live & virtual event production, audio visual requirements – including speaker prep, rehearsals, tech checks, pre-recordings (if applicable) Prepare and comply with event budgets, negotiation with vendors, and ensure payments & reconciliations take place in a timely manner You’ll need to have: 3+ years of event/experiential planning experience. High energy, be proactive, a problem-solver and self-starter.
